Short stay is an accommodation service meaning fully furnished and equipped accommodations for a period shorter than one year. This type of accommodation is convenient for those who would like to enjoy the cozy, warm and relaxing feeling of a home and don’t want to bother with ordering different types of house related services, as the rental fee covers all costs. Our tenants are mostly business travelers, expats, international students, people who are experiencing changes in their private lives (home renovation, relocation etc.).

Usually the minimum rental period is one month. In certain cases we can offer you even shorter rental periods, depending on availabilities. For more information please, contact us.

The rental fee is an all-inclusive amount, meaning it covers all expenses such as: fully furnished and equipped properties, gas, electricity, water consumption, internet/TV and taxes.

Yes, we are signing an agreement with all of our tenants from the minimum 1 month till the period they wish to stay.

Depending on the accomodations and the lengths of your stay, with our several properties you can register at the local Municipality (Gemeente Tilburg).

We are aiming to provide easy and quick services to our tenants and partners. We send you the rental agreement by e-mail, we ask you to sign it and forward it back to us before arrival.


   Payments

Yes, there is a security deposit we ask you to pay in advance. It is a fixed amount of money you pay to cover any damages you might cause to the property while living there. The amount depends on the rental period and the type of accommodation you’re staying at. In case there are no damages, we return the total amount to you maximum two weeks after your departure.

We provide you several payment options. There’s a possibility to pay in advance by bank transfer, or by cash and/or bank card upon arrival. We accept MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, American Express cards and payment via PayPal as well.


   Terms

We are welcoming all our guests personally upon arrival. We are flexible in arranging the move-in time with you. We introduce you the accommodation, its facilities, we show you around, we provide you with all necessary information about the neighborhood, as well as about the house rules, explain you the management of electrical devices and different facilities and finally we give you the keys to your new home.

You can modify your reservation by contacting us. As flexibility is one of our main features we will try to do our best to arrange any possible changes, although this will depend on availability.

We provide you the possibility to cancel your reservation 30 days before arrival free of charge.

If you cancel between 29-14 days before arrival we invoice you 20% of the total rental fee.

If you cancel between 13-7 days before arrival we invoice you 30% of the total rental fee.

If you cancel between 7-1 days before arrival we invoice you 50% of the total rental fee.

If you cancel on the day of your arrival, or if you do not notify us about your cancellation and you don’t show, we invoice you 100% of the total rental fee.

We try to give as flexible services as we can. In case you are already checked-in, but would like to leave your rented property before the end of the reserved period, you can do so, as follows:

- In case you rented out our property between 2-12 months, you have the opportunity to leave and we will not charge you the whole rental fee amount, but just the amount of the deposit

- In case you rented out our property for one month, naturally you will also have the opportunity to leave, but in this case there will be no refund

In case you need an invoice of your stay, naturally we can provide it for you.

We have several apartments where pets are welcome, so please send us a request and we will inform you about the possibilities.

We are handling your personal data based on the Dutch rules of the Personal Data Protection Act (WBP). If you would like to send us a reservation request, you will be asked to fill in a form with your personal details, such as your name, email address and phone number. We will use this information only for sending you an offer for reservation. The main rules for handling personal data are laid down in the Personal Data Protection Act (WBP). The Dutch Data Protection Authority is the supervisory body for the Dutch Personal Data Protection Act.
