By reservation accommodation through Swan Short Stay constitutes an agreement with the owner and you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Swan Short Stay expressly reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions at its discretion and to change information, prices and availability of accommodations any time.
The minimum property rental period is usually one month. In certain cases we can offer even shorter rental periods, depending on availabilities
We kindly ask you to review carefully all the details of the chosen property or ask an appointment for a property viewing before making your reservation.
For any direct or indirect damages caused during the stay in the property, the tenant is liable to Swan Short Stay and the owner.
Agreement and confirmation
By reserving a property at Swan Short Stay tenant completes an agreement with the landlord and the owner of the property. This agreement is subject to the Terms and Conditions and applies to any additional rules regarding the landlord, such as house rules.
After making the reservation you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Registration at local Municipality
Depending on the accomodations and the lengths of your stay, with our several properties you can register at the local Municipality (Gemeente Tilburg). In case the rental period ends you must provide to Swan Short Stay a written proof of registering out with the accomodation from local Municipality.
We ask you to arrange the payment before arrival, the latest at moving in. We provide you several payment options. There’s a possibility to pay in advance by bank transfer, or by cash and/or bank card upon arrival. We accept MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, American Express cards and payment via PayPal as well
For stays longer than one month the payment must be done before the start of each next month based on the agreement or a full prepayment.
Any additional costs, such as the use of optional services (for example: washing, ironing etc), must be paid upon departure.
There is a security deposit we ask you to pay in advance. It is a fixed amount of money you pay to cover any damages you might cause to the property while living there. The amount depends on the rental period and the type of accommodation you’re staying at. In case there are no damages, we return the total amount to you maximum two weeks after your leave
Arrival and departure
We are welcoming all our guests personally upon arrival. We do our utmost to be flexible in arranging the arrival and departure time with you.
We provide you the possibility to cancel your reservation 30 days before arrival free of charge.
If you cancel between 29-14 days before arrival we invoice you 20% of the total rental fee.
If you cancel between 13-7 days before arrival we invoice you 30% of the total rental fee.
If you cancel between 7-1 days before arrival we invoice you 50% of the total rental fee.
If you cancel on the day of your arrival, or if you do not notify us about your cancellation and you don’t show, we invoice you 100% of the total rental fee.
Guests and residence
Only people who are introduced before arrival and are listed in the agreement with Swan Short Stay are entitled to reside in the rented accommodation. The property must not be an object of sublet. The number of people that can stay in a property must not exceed the limit of the relevant property as shown on swanshortstay.nl. Swan Short Stay reserves the right to refuse access to the property if this is not fulfilled.
Comportment and behaviour etiquette
You are responsible for proper and decent behavior of all persons covered by your reservation and visit you during your stay at the accommodation. If you or someone under your responsibility is not well or decent behaved, Swan Short Stay is entitled to remove him or her from the property without receiving any compensation. Drugs are strictly prohibited in all accommodations..
Swan Short Stay is not responsible for loss or damage to your goods in the property. You are responsible for reasonably taking care of the property and all its contents. You are liable for all damages (except the cases of damage caused by normal use) caused in the property and all its contents as a result of negligence, culpable or irresponsible behavior. You are liable as well for all those who are covered by your reservation and your or their guests.
Any damage must be reported immediately to Swan Short Stay.
Proper use of property
You and those under your reservation/responsibility should behave taking full care of the property and its contents and leave the property clean and in its original condition at the end of your stay. Also you and those under your reservation/responsibility are liable not to behave in a way causing a burden to other tenants or residents of neighboring accommodations.
All rules regarding the accommodations fall under Dutch law..
Should the authorities change the rules or restrict access to a property, Swan Short Stay will do its best to offer a similar accommodation. If that is not possible or desirable, then Swan Short Stay will return your payment and/or deposit.
Swan Short Stay is not responsible for any change or intervention by the authorities.
