Tax benefitThe Tax and Customs Administration sees short-term rental of your property as active asset management. Here, a Box I tax rate applies for rental income (between 36.25% and 52%). By transferring the activities of the short-term rental to us, the income you generate from this will remain in box III (untaxed).
Swan Short Stay regularly receives requests from expats. Also of people who are looking for temporary accommodation in connection with a divorce, conversion or transition period from their old to a new home. We are the first point of contact throughout the rental period so that you as owner do not have to worry about.
How does it work?
After the free intake is done in which we discuss your wishes and visit your property, we will start working. We recruit the tenants for you. After rental we take care of the personal welcome, take care of the invoicing, collect the rent, stand by and manage your home. After departure we take care of the delivery check, we clean the house and ready for the next guests.
